ENTANGLED #1 is a cross-aesthetic and cross-disciplinary performance exploring the hidden subterranean world of fungi and its deep interconnectedness with human life. Through choreography, olfaction and sound, the performance explores how sensory experiences can awaken memories and create connections to forms of life that largely remain beyond human perception.
Unfolding within the intimate architecture of a bunker, ENTANGLED #1 creates a highly sensorial and immersive encounter between bodies, sound, scent, and material. Inspired by fungal communication systems, life cycles, and networks of exchange, the performance shifts attention towards the invisible relationships that support and sustain life, revealing fungi as deeply entangled with our own existence.
